Where your store is located?

Our main office and physical store is located at

M2, ADB Avenue Tower, ADB Ave, Ortigas Center, Pasig City, Philippines

We are open Monday to Saturday from 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Do your shops provide delivery service for large items such as Servers, CPUs, and Networking Devices? Will there be added charges?

Yes we do. Simply let us know so we can make the necessary arrangements.

Do you allow cash payment on delivery for your products?

Yes we did, however we require every customers to at least have a 30% downpayment and the rest will be upon delivery.

Do you allow installment for your products?

As of now, No.

Do your company provide a technical assistance in case we do not know how to configure network switches?

Yes,as long as the item is bought under the local warranty from One Solution, we will provide you a technical assistance on how to configure a necessary device such as network switches and there is a charges depending on the difficulty level.

Do your store assemble Servers and Network Racks?

Yes we do, if the item is bought from One Solution, Servers will be assembled and configure on our physical store depending on the customer requirements, network racks as well.
