Yes,as long as the item is bought under the local warranty from One Solution, we will provide you a technical assistance on how to configure a necessary device such as network switches and there is a charges depending on the difficulty level.
Yes we do, if the item is bought from One Solution, Servers will be assembled and configure on our physical store depending on the customer requirements, network racks as well.
